Emince de Veau a la Moutarde

Ingredients

  • Veal
  • Shallots
  • Mushrooms
  • Dry White Wine
  • Mustard
  • Cream
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice veal into thin strips.
  2. Cook veal in butter until browned.
  3. Remove the veal from the pan with a slotted spoon and set aside.
  4. Add mushrooms and shallots into the pan and cook until soft.
  5. Add wine and reduce by half.
  6. Turn the heat to low and add mustard and cream.
  7. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Add back the veal and heat through.
